Very jobs in the area. Lot of outsourcing. Business decisions are focused on shareholders only vs value to the customers or benefits to employees.

A great company that looks after it's employees really well. The scale/opportunity that comes with a large global organisation but the feel and culture of a startup. Flat reporting structure, everyone is on hand to help everyone.

Cons

A busy London office which can be noisy at times but great for people that like a buzz and a friendly hard working environment
