Thank you for your positive feedback. It is great to read that you are happy with the compensation and perks at LogMeIn. We are growing exponentially every year, and with such growth comes change. We appreciate your resilience during such periods and we work hard to ensure that the different changes do not impact your work at LogMeIn. Pros

Lower level management are good.

Cons

Last week the company admitted they knew they have a big problem keeping sales people. This week they announced the yearly sales kick off event would require everyone to share rooms. Director level or higher get their own room of course. They cant have the peons thinking they're too important by getting their own rooms I guess. Totally tone deaf.

LogMeIn values employee development and the Global Sales Kickoff is one of the many investments we make to support our talent. This event provides us the opportunity to come together as one team to network, celebrate accomplishments, provide education and training, as well as kick off the strategic priorities for the new year. As the company has tripled over the past 2 years, we have continued with our policy of room sharing to ensure we can financially support having the Global Sales Kickoff, while simultaneously enabling other offerings that our employees appreciate, including Presidents Club, Sales Swaps, monthly Social Hub events and holiday parties. We are proud of the career growth opportunities we offer at LogMeIn. In Sales, we have had a number of people advance their careers from individual contributor, to manager, to director. Granting them their own rooms was intended as a reward and reflection of their career success, it was genuinely not intended to be an elitist move. We do value your feedback and understand that room sharing is a policy some people don’t mind, and some do; and we will take that into account when planning future events. Janavi

Pros

I have been with LMI for over 2.5 years. It's a fantastic organization to work for. Management always provides a clear and concise overview on business decisions, how it impacts the employees and our customers. Upper management team is dedicated, talent and always is thinking how to empower the employees with more resources, tools, education etc. All the Managers i have worked for have been passionate about their contribution to LogMeIn and wanting to help others advance and grow professionally and personally. The Boston office (along with the other offices i have visited) has exciting energy that is inspiring. It's the place where you want to give it 100% day in and day out. It challenges you in the best way, to be better professionally and personally. I feel incredibly fortunate to work at LogMeIn and highly recommend it.

Cons

I honestly don't have any "cons".
