      Pros

      LMI has the culture of a start up making it a fun and innovative place to work, with the benefits and opportunties of a larger organization. LMI has a lot of career advancement opportunities and invests in their employees growth and development. Everyone is supportive of each other and invested in working together to accomplish team & company goals. On top of the great people and room for career advancement, the offices have fun perks like baristas, bagels & snacks, pool tables, roof decks, and community lunches. I really enjoy coming to work each day and could not more recommend a company more!

      Being a larger organization some changes can take time.

      - Start up culture at an enterprise company - Perks - Unlimited PTO - GROWTH - company is always expanding it's products and offerings. If you want to grow, there is opportunity.

      No leadership, no strategy, no vision

      - Office and facilities - Great colleagues - Great products

      Cons

      - No leadership, management try to control people with fear and they not afraid to fire anyone. Zero transparency, people got information mostly from rumors. - No strategy or vision, product decisions happens seemingly total randomly. Company don't even try to retain current customers which will cause a huge drop of income in the near future (actually it's happening right now, check the numbers please). Product managers and directors have no idea how the business works. - Instead of fixing the obvious issues with processes the management try to implement esoteric methodologies. - People leaving left and right and because of this the reputation of the company suffers.
