Cons

The salary has been increased, but it does not keep up with inflation either. However the work life balance is good. Many company offer much more salary.

- Work Culture : Collaborative, meritious, inclusive - Industry level Compensation similar to other OEMs - Smooth transition to WFH and now staying remote first
