      Friendly people Exciting strategy Great culture Lots of new, very high quality people being hired Great products High degree of autonomy in role, impact is only limited by your ability to think big and get things done. This is a great place to come if you want to learn and prove you can own and drive things from the ground up. Business is doing great.

      Best job I've ever had

      Pros

      Although the pay is low compared to industry standards, the accelerators for exceeding quota make it more than with it. The work/life balance is amazing, remote first, as well as the unlimited PTO and benefits. Everyone is very supportive and willing to help you grow. The offices look amazing and if i lived closer I would definitely do more of a hybrid schedule.

      Takes a while to get promoted if you aren't into the politics with upper management

      Pros

      Steady leads to contact to make sales. Some deals take time so build good communication with clients or partners to complete sales.

      Cons

      Like any phone sales, some leads can be cold or take many attempts to speak with, but completing the calls does the work.
