There are too many products to sell and quota is not easy to hit. They have too many systems and do not train their employees on any of them.

Executive Management only cares about "cheap engineering", and has moved most of the Engineering to "Cheap places". LogMeIn killed Go2Meeting and allowed Zoom to win the market.
