The company has some good benefits and cares about people. Teammates are great Local managers are good and nice in gerenal

Cons

The company strategy is somehow not clear and everything seem to go in the wrong direction Some people in higher positions seem very incompetent which is frustrating No clear processes about compensation and promotions

Pros

The people were great, they paid decently.

Cons

They forced mandatory overtime a lot, management wasn't always the greatest and it felt very "cliquey" at times.
