Good benefits, fair sales culture.

Cons

Purchased by a VC company so things are tightening. Operations sometimes like to change things and not communicate well with sales.

Pros

This has so far been the best working experience of my career. I think any experience is what you make of it, and I think GoTo lets us decide where to take that path. I am able to work the hours I need to, and still have a life. I am able to create my own success and have a team that supports every initiative. I think we all inherently trust each other, and in a remote-world, that's hard to do sometimes. I love it here.

Cons

I would like to see more diversity at the executive and leadership levels. I know that there is an active effort to do so and I know that it takes time. I think we can be more aggressive.
