good benefits self care days once a month

Cons

bonuses of non-commissioned positions are based on if commissioned positions (sales) hit their quota, very little room for any merit based bonuses or raises

Remote work from home. Office located at prime area in India.

Cons

Too much of internal politics in lower management. Low salary compared to other competitors. Does not value hard working loyal employees. Lot of restructuring post acquisition by their private partners. Growth of products are very minimal.
