We hear you. Market conditions are ever-changing, and realignments to that effect are difficult to experience. We also recognize the diversity of experiences. However, we strongly disagree with blanket statements that do not reflect the reality of life at GoTo. Every GoGetter, former, current, and future, deserves respect and recognition. No one is a cog in a wheel here. We are people working together to achieve a common goal. So many GoGetters experience camaraderie and morale boosts of all types every day, even in a virtual environment. Great work life balance, if you get good partners life is great, and most management does what they can for you to succeed.

Cons

Leads are non-existent, partners are hard to come by, and it feels like there is little being done to make it an equitable sales floor.
