      Flexibility and Culture

      Pros

      I've enjoyed working at GoTo for two years. I do feel that it's one of the best company cultures I've experienced. I say that because the friendliness and camaraderie are unlike anything I've had at another company except for one. The people are wicked smart and care about their work. We go through change, but I have enjoyed it so far.

      Cons

      I know some people feel the pay is lower than other tech companies. I feel well compensated for my work. I do wish we had more budget to work with, but that's difficult to get anywhere nowadays

      Great Company to work for!

      Pros

      GoTo is a very employee focused company. They ask and then they listen. There are so many great benefits. Unlimited PTO, monthly self care days, etc. They celebrate and acknowledge many special interest groups and holidays.

      Cons

      Can't really think of any. Great place.
