Pros

GoTo has been a great company to start of your sales career. So many learning opportunities and great support from leadership. Leadership wants to see you be successful and grow in your career.

Cons

The Business Development org is large. Even though there’s plenty of room to grow you have to hit 110+% of your quota to move forward. It’s possible but you have to put in the work.

-Bad leadership -Marketing is not very good and it has an impact in sales. -Even if you work very hard, you could be layoff anytime.
