      Pros

      The insurance benefits are great! It is 100 % remote position.The first Friday of every month the entire company takes the day off.

      Cons

      Terrible lead process the leads were never dispersed fairly, no real territory to manage and grow. My role as an account executive completely changed every year that I was employed there.

Light Workload: The workload is very manageable Minimal Changes: The organization undergoes very few changes, ensuring a relatively consistent work environment. Private Company: Being a private company can have advantages in terms of privacy, decision-making flexibility, and a potentially more close-knit corporate culture.

      Cons: Limited Room for Improvement: Opportunities for professional growth and skill enhancement may be restricted. Encouragement of Micromanagement: The performance measurement methodology seems to encourage micromanaging, potentially affecting autonomy and creativity.
