Pros

The insurance benefits are great! It is 100 % remote position.The first Friday of every month the entire company takes the day off.

Cons

Terrible lead process the leads were never dispersed fairly, no real territory to manage and grow. My role as an account executive completely changed every year that I was employed there.

Private Company: Being a private company can have advantages in terms of privacy, decision-making flexibility, and a potentially more close-knit corporate culture.
