Constantly being asked to do more with less - Constant corporate politics jocky-ing resulting in frequent reorganization which translates to changing strategies in a time where a strong plan is needed - Promotions and raises rates are abysmal compared to industry. Constantly being told to just be grateful to have a job during the pandemic - Organization that claims to be data driven refuses to make data driven decisions or empower the Analytics and Data Science teams that support them
