Flexible hours Good pay Great work/life balance Self-care Friday once a month 100% remote Good health benefits If you see a job posting that interests you, I would highly suggest applying for it!

Cons

Nothing is perfect. The pay is higher than banks and telcos but other SaaS companies in the region offer a higher pay. Money isn't everything.
