Pros
Coffee Bar (Free mochas :)) In-Office Visits (dentist, massage therapists, yoga, breweries, restaurants etc) Relaxed work environment (casual dress code) Good work culture (Made a lot of great friends) Opportunity to learn a lot from some very smart people
Cons
Products are sometimes very boring (remote access) and there is not always opportunity for advancement. Difficult to move into the Product department coming from client services. The office is great and culture too, but it is very "siloed" by floor and from building to building. My experience was pre-Covid so I am sure everything has changed.
