      Teams are usually great here Collaborative work experience People are supportive and listen to your ideas Independence on building up individual ideas and working on them Open to speak up if you are willing to work on a specific project

      Cons

      Layoffs left and right almost each year Data-centric approach is limited to certain orgs

      The people were fun to work with!

      Cons

      Management seems to only be focused on the bottom line and seems to care little for doing things properly (C levels are enforcing this on directors/VPs)
