      Good Salary, Address your concern and give you all possible option for learning (Made Udemy Subscription free), Management will keep in touch with you often and get you constant feedback, Attractive Year End gift, Work from home option - gives you laptop in addition to the client laptop, Flexible policies

      Cons

      Mostly they deployed in client location, No Onsite opportunities, You will be fired, if client is not happy with your performance, You can't change team, technology once you are deployed, and your work depends entirely on the client management, Less inhouse project

      I do not see any pros of working here.

      Cons

      No hikes, delayed appraisals. Management only cares about client engagement, not about the employee. They will not change your project, no matter how bad it is. They do not value their employees, you will feel alone, and unless you are buddies with their client delivery heads it will be very difficult to get a good project or hike.

      Pros

      Your intellect grows with the quality of intellectuals around you. That's what I feel when I talk about GlobalLogic. Smart people, Latest technologies, Cool products, Amazing clientele and Positive work environment. These are all the right ingredients for making a successful organization that is taking GlobalLogic to the $1B marker. I feel empowered, smart and energized when I go to office every day. For me, this is the best place that I could have imagined for myself.
