Thanks for providing candid feedback. I agree that we have great people and an incredible culture. You’ve definitely highlighted some of my favorite things about working at Glassdoor. I agree that the compensation and benefits are terrific and that we strive to offer work/life balance. As you know, “Good People” is one of our core values and our commitment to Diversity & Inclusion inspires me to be a better human each day. I am sorry that the amount of change with account transitions, temp coverage, and the Indeed Partnership has been difficult. We have grown a lot in recent months and I know that has created additional stress for our people. It’s my hope that as our openings are filled and our new people are trained the amount of change and disruption will diminish.
