      Pros

      Very dynamic environment, lets you obtain very unique experiences. Great people, teams have very good and talented people that never hesitate to share their experiences and knowledge. Culture (partially), people acknowledge your talent and appreciate when you achieve success.

      Cons

      Salary, it is easy to understand why payments are low. This is a start-up and has profitability/scale/growth concerns. Harsh management, you are not encouraged to do mistakes in here. Besides, you may feel highly stressed.

      It has such a dynamic vibrant culture that you always need to handle with different business problems.

      Cons

      Eventhough it is a seasoned company in Turkey, it still suffers from its start-up culture where sometimes responsibilities are too vague that you cant feel concentrated enough.
