      Great place to work, but don't stay forever.

      Pros

      Top Notch leadership programs. Great pay but would probably get paid more for same job some place else. Lots of networking opportunities through the various affinity groups within company. Chance to travel internationally.

      Cons

      Work long hours, especially if you are at the top. In spite of lots of talk about work/life balance, it is difficult to achieve it. Performance review is so long and complex you have to go to meetings in order to make sure you grasp the concept and do it right.

      - Very smart and competent co-workers - Very good senior management team - Good brand to have in job market

      - Could do with less processes - Too many trainings done online and sometime meaningless - Compensation too low at lower level

      Pros

      Well, you can always choose someplace else to work, but we talk about the efficiency and the valuse for the customer and the employee, not to mention the fringe benefits, which you, of course had to pay for as part of your base salary. Try to find out whats going on with the company for the long haul is the real issue...get laid before retirement is a real concern.

      Cons

      Good people at first, but later on the people all start looking like the very first time.
