Great blend of brilliant people and positive culture

Great investment in learning and development, alongside brilliant colleagues who I am able to constantly learn from. The company has really exciting long-term vision and goals. Relaxed but focused culture where things get done but you can maintain a good work/life balance.

Cons

Security has got consistently better since I have been at the company - continue on this path!

UK based. Talented people to work with. Huge investment in technology. Great compensation and benefits.

Cons

Security has been painful, though that is getting better. WFH not permitted before coronavirus, we are WFH now though and there are signs post-coronavirus policy will be more in line with competition.
