      Work enviroment not so bad, but it could be better, Good opportunities an competitive wage for new graduates only. not for experimented engineers.

      poor and highly obsolete technologies at process production. most of the time are in correctived maintenance. it is strongly necessary to have very good interpersonal skills in order to grow in the company. nevertheless is a good company to get experience and then move to top companies.
