      Pros

      Good quality of people to work with. There's lots of training opportunities. Products and applications are diverse and interesting.

      Cons

      The benefits are not great, and the salaries tend to be lower than other companies. The organization is spread out, so any upward movement usually would involve relocation.

      Worst customer service

      Pros

      Nothing, i don't see a good future working with this company especially working as a machine operator. I have seen people working for 17 years but not so much increment in their salaries.

      Cons

      Bad customer service, not good training to new employees, group leaders are rude, not good wage, hard job
