Short term view of management; no global strategy; poor communication of top management. Our heavy process are often bringing complexity even for simple projects.

Pros

Everyone working is very competent and knows what they're doing. The bonus system is a good way to encourage performance and promotions are available for merit.

Cons

Company is a bit too meeting-happy. Meetings are all good and well, but meetings often take up a whole day leaving less time to actually implement decisions made in those meetings. Many people don't need to be at all those meetings either.
