Pros

At FHCS, we encourage sharing environment. We have our colleagues in every continents and we can get in touch with everyone by having sharing portal where we can get access to all materials they have created. Also, they are really open to help. I do feel the world is smaller by working here.

Cons

FHCS is not a perfect company where it gives you excellent benefits and highest rate of income. What you will get is instead better work life balance comparing with other FMCG companies.

I am working in from 6 month ,its seal manufacturing company and I am working here as software programmer. Good for one who is not anymore fresher.

Cons

Saturday half is there :( Only first Saturday is off.
