Thank you for taking the time to give us this insight you’ve gained from your experience with Freudenberg. We appreciate you letting us know how you feel your facility is being run as well as how it could be improved.
Policies are created for specific reasons, so it is concerning to hear reports of our policies being ignored and/or lacking enforcement. The safety of our employees is our number one objective and these rules most certainly need to be followed and enforced. Your feedback regarding training, overtime abuse and cell phone use will be passed on to the management as soon as possible to ensure these issues can be addressed in a timely manner.
