The bad: I was told conflicting info about shift length when starting. At first, I was told 4x10 shifts, no Fridays. Then I was told about occasional overtime, and that turned into MANDATORY overtime. Work shifts are now 4x12, and there's not enough time after work to go home, wind down, and get proper sleep for the next night. Drama runs rampant through the lines. Coworkers sometimes want to push their work off on you/claim it isn't their job to fix something small. Line WILL NOT shut down if multiple coworkers get covid. Management keeps moving production goalposts. Turnover rate is extremely high. Very little opportunity for upward mobility.
