We regret to hear that you that not all associates had opportunities to grow and advance within our organization. A clear path for career growth and development is critical to associates and their sense of job satisfaction. We agree that training is necessary to continue developing in your career and as well as for a company to continue to develop as a whole. This must be true for all associates, not just some.
