Good Company High Stress Environment

Pros

They have a good pay range when you include the bonus they give out every year and they are a small site with global backing. This allows for employees to make themselves visible by doing more but still having experts you can ask for help. good benefits and depending on the area overtime is always available.

Cons

If you remove the bonus the pay is on the lower side of competitive, very stressful environment due to low staffing. Need to push for promotions.
