Reasonable allowance for FMLA and issues with home life

Cons

No room to move up in organization. They would rather bring in people from Europe to take over senior management roles than hire internally.

Excellent benefits and PTO. Company is strong financially.

Cons

This used to be a great company to work for but they have changed over the years. Management and the leadership team is completely disconnected from the daily operations. Best evidence of that is that the location I worked at terminated me yet kept my company credit card on file, charging $500 of fraudulent charges in my name a month after my last day. They have admitted this fault but will do nothing to correct it.
