Must say; top management and Leaders of EBIN are approachable, create solutions, be supportive, be a good listener and hence EBIN is unique with strong company culture. Attracts talent and more importantly retains that talent. Employees feel like they belong to the organization and hence they are more likely to stick with the organization for the long term.
