For me, FLUOR is the best company I have been ever.

- Lack of knowledge is stunning; the process group in general is very inexperienced. Many people with insufficient experience are on complicated assignments. If not the expertise of the OEM's and other third parties, many things will go bust and this is not moving in the right direction / improving. - Some (old) project managers in terms of dealing with diversity have an attitude that is borderline. There is often lot of arrogance all over the place and it is definitely a confrontational culture of work. Some may like it, some others not.
