      Successful company with true commitment to both ethics and safety.

      Cons

      Fluor is a project-based company. Jobs last only until the project ends - often after only a few months or a couple of years. If there is not another job available on a different project, employees are put on LOA without pay. This results in employees leaving the company for other firms or taking jobs in hardship areas to stay employed.

      Fluor has business world wide, including logcap project in the Middle East that enables its employees to get multi skilled which is a great benefit for each one of us that worked there.

      Cons

      Fluor has taken some of the toughest global challenges and there is a great open umbrella of jobs that each employee can reach if professional knowledge and skills shown.
