      Pros

      Friendly work environment, in-house gym, in-house cafeteria, and good benefits package for full-time employees. Lot's of events for the family.

      Cons

      It sometimes felt like you could get lost in the crowd of employees. If you didn't make an effort to stand out, you could get lost in the shuffle and your hard work wouldn't be recognized.

      Pros

      Fluor has a good support from experienced and specialized personnel in the various engineer disciplines and specialty software.

      Cons

      Fluor Houston has not been awarded with important projects recently so it's not easy for them to keep the engineering staff for a long time . So it is not promising career as an engineer in the company, mainly if you are an non-citizen alien engineer.

      Pros

      good pay, great management, no micro managing, awards for safety, Safety is priority number one, overtime, and 1 hr lunch. and we had 10 minute breaks every 3 hrs.
