      Good place to work, but hard to stay

      Pros

      Participate high profile, capital intensive projects in a way that can make an impact. The coworkers are friendly and things can get done easily. Very professional firm with lots of practice and guidance, and expert help on many design issues. Lots of opportunities to grow professionally.

      Cons

      Highly vulnerable to marketing conditions. If winning a projects then lots of hiring takes place, but if a key project is lost, then layoff begins. It is sad to see people you work with leave.

      Pros

      Great starting salary, plenty of work to go around, and good benefits. The Sugar Land campus has a small community feel to it, which is nice.

      Cons

      None that I can think of. There are no annual bonuses, but the salary is solid so this really isn't a con.
