      Pros

      Good management, respectful and willing to accept crafts in management positions. They offered great pay with lots of overtime.

      Cons

      The only downside with an employer like Fluor is that to stay steady with them you must be willing to travel.

      PRO-- ABSOLUTELY AN EXCELLENT COMPANY TO WORK FOR !!! Excellent Pay !!!..WAS THERE FOR 9 YEARS.. Loved my coworkers, all are extremely nice. Lots of Training was provided. Best Job of my Life !!!

      Cons

      Very Stressful at times and lots of late evenings to keep up with the work load. This was a personal preference not a company directive. Fast Pace and Non stop. ; 0)
