      Good Company, people are good.

      Fluor's board of directors do not care about the working people, it is all about the Money/Bottom Line.

      Pros

      The benefits are decent, the micromanagement is minimal, and the pay is good. There is an awesome cafeteria so you don't have to go out for lunch and the fitness center is a good perk.

      Cons

      There is a lot of passive aggressive behavior. Too many people get thrown under the bus if they see something and speak up even when they're told to and are enouraged to by management.
