      Pros

      Designers and Engineers great to work with. Has good benefits including getting paid for every hour worked beyond 40 hours....but paid less for each hour worked less than 40 hours. People are usually always eager to help.

      Cons

      Management (not including department managers, no complaints there) disconnected with how projects are executed. Many of the decision made by management don't make sense at the engineering level. If you want to go into management, drink the cool-aid or you're out.

      Work in Afghanistan. Pay is okay. Not many other pros.

      Cons

      Fluor has fallen by the wayside in their treatment of employees. It's a bureaucratic mess and they can't get out of their own way. Management is incompetent and promotions are heavily biased because of favoritism and a 'yes man' mentality.

      My experience with fluor . It not a bad company . I remember when fluor first got the Awared for Afghastin . The need folks and I mean need folks . During my time there I was in Materials . I love my job and I did my share 100% even more . To help with the project .

      Cons

      But 1 thing I did not like the Mangment that was assigned in Bagram . Really really bad mangment . Dealt with workers very bad . If you where not part off the KKK klan they hated you . And they make sure the got rid off your They where good in setting you up so they can get rid off you . Sad to say even the HR was involed in that ring . So sad to see the CEO off the company. Just turn a Blind eye at the end off the it all about the $$$. Very very missed used off the Goverment funds . Sorry for the Tax payer .
