      Decent compensation. Fair and transparent salary review process. Opportunities for advancement and lateral career moves. Relatively poor health benefits compared to the industry standard.

      Cons

      Cyclical nature of clients industry (mining, oil & gas & petrochemicals) means cycles of boom and bust which result in layoffs.
