      Overall healthy company culture. Lots of activities that show value to employees and families as well as community. Pay is fair.

      No accountability for supervisors behaving badly.

      Pros

      Benefits are good, schedule is great! Time off is accrued fast. Easy going workplace, not a super stressful job, you don't take your work home with you.

      Cons

      Iit is hard to move up quickly in the ranks. It can be years before you are considered for a role change. Hiring and layoff system in terms of who they are hiring and laying off is a bit weird and you will find yourself questioning why a certain person was put in a certain position. Management heavy company when it does not need to be.
