The only pro is if you quit and move forward somewhere else.

Cons

Have to use PTO for federal Holidays. No communications. Hostile work Environment. Micro-managed. No Management experience or hires non qualified people. If you ask questions your retaliated against. No growth potential. Use non- safe heaters under their desks. They fail audits due to non qualified people. Management allows bullying. No training and then told you are a terrible employee. Unprofessional and unethical practices especially in the Herndon location.
