The generally have competitive salaries.

Cons

Horrible benefits and poor treatment of their employees. Promises made at hiring date were never honored. No support of military members still serving. A revolving door of coworkers. Being a "salaried" employee just means lots of free OT expected.

But Fluor is much more concerned of their bottom line versus doing the right thing to retain quality employee.

Good pay and benefits. Corporate culture is great.

Cons

Managers at the local level have too much autonomy and don't always abide by the corporate culture. Too much of a "good ol' boy" system where advancement is based on popularity instead of skills.
