      Diverse workforce and many extra opportunities to learn and grow your career and skillset.

      Cons

      Huge amount of layoffs in Houston office due to management not winning any work. Lots of nepotism and promotion of clueless inexperienced people because they are friends with the right group.

      Great office environment, nice people, excellent systems. Flexible work hours, younger and high potential people get more opportunities to grow.

      Cons

      Fluor has excellent procedures to produce high quality job, but because the high cost, company doesn't have enough competition compared with other EPC companies in this market.
