      - Definitely great place to work and grow - Work-life balance - Full independence at work - Great colleagues and supporting culture in the company - Company culture - Very much carrying role of People and Culture department

      Cons

      - Inefficiency in processes due to an misalignments with the parent company (Infosys) - A bit of lack of clarity about the big picture, strategy and goals as a Group - Sometimes too many and too surprising changes on management level

      - Good work-life balance. - You will have full freedom to utilize your experience in the project. - Regular engagement between supervisor and employee. - Pays good. - Great scope for skill-up and learning.

      Cons

      - small projects. - Lack of other benefits which you gets in Big organizations.

      Thank you for your review. As you know we are growing into bigger opportunities and bigger projects. Tell your Team Lead, you wish to have bigger projects to work with. I'm sure there's a possibility. As for the benefits - we should be compatible with bigger organisations, but in the next employee survey - give us ideas, on what you would want. Cant' promise anything, but at least we will know. - Pauliina
