One of the worst IT company which doesn't care about employees

Nothing to say. Except the company MD who has a good goals for the company but his lower management doesn't allow it. So, can't say it a pro
Cons
1. Old and outdated technologies 2. Worst HR team, they mostly work for the management instead of supporting employees. They have so much attitude and doesn't care about employees. Smallest things like getting relieving letter, etc which are part of their job are not given by the HR team. Employees have to call them everyday and then if you're lucky and the HR team shows some mercy, then you may get it. 3.95% people who work in this company are just residents of Visakhapatnam. They stay here because the far below average salaries given by FG is enough for them. If you don't want to earn decent salaries which the IT is known for, then this company is for you. 4. Most of the departments including Tss, finance think they're working in some high central government office and didn't bother about their basic job responsibilities. This is excluding one or two people who really work hard but never gotten the reward for it. 5.Lot of employees are leaving the organization because of all these cons. Still, the management doesn't do anything. Till now, they have this mindset that no other competition in vizag is giving better opportunities than us. But, recently lot of companies have emerged in vizag and so people are going to other companies. 6.Very late payment of salaries to employees. Employees have to literally beg and beg the Hr even though the are in emergency need of money. 7.The company gives salaries which are far below the average salary in IT. Trust me when I say this, because I have known lot of friend's salaries in IT. 8.In power utility domain. This domain is not that much useful if you want to switch to some other company. 9.In few years, this company will be shutdown because scope of new projects is veryless with the current domain
