Pros

Ambitious supportive management gives scope for a lot of learning. The company is conscious of the workplace environment and work-life balance. Wonderful place for freshers and beginners in a city like Vizag to learn new technologies and work as part of a team. A lot of emphasis on capacity building. Wonderful support was provided during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Cons

Better management of resources - very spacious office - in one way it's better though. An outdoor play area will make it much more fun. The recent tuck shop is a good addition but needs to have more healthy options apart from the Sandwich.
