Company to work with untimely salaries, less recognition and zero respect

- Good Company for career beginners - Good to work who wants to settled down in Visakhapatnam - Good to work who have financially well settled and don’t depend on monthly salary - Good to work who loves to have Government kind of atmosphere - Good Company to work, who don’t need any employee benefits
Cons
- Salary delays, you never expect when you receive your salary. You need to beg for your salary every month & need to raise request for your salary with false reasons, only then your salary will get processed immediately - They don’t pay statutory payments on time, PF remittance pending since more than a year. This is the only Company who don’t care to credit employee PF when they deduct from their employees monthly salary - Its an CMMI L5 company for sake of name, but process runs only by individual heads - Very frequently the department heads keeps on changing and whatever they say based on their previous experience, that is the process you need to follow until the next person comes, No standard process - This the only Company with nearly 20 year’s, still struggles to pay employees salaries - Once you get relieved, you need to forget about your Full & Final settlement. Here again, you need to beg for your F&F amount - They make you run & chase behind them until the KT taker is comfortable in handling your role after your relieving. They hold your f&f amount for nearly 5-6 months after your relieving - If you want your F&F amount immediately then again you need to beg them with reason Medical emergency - You have to listen whatever the manager says & if you polish your manager then your job is safe - You will find Groupism over there, certain people runs everything, they allow only their relatives or friends work along with them or project - They fire employees having low salaries in the name of cost cutting and hire employees with high salaries
