The company is growing very fast which makes every day at the office different and challenging. Phoenix IT Solutions feels like a big family. 1)Got a chance to work in first version of a new product from scratch with latest technologies till date.As a fresher,it is really valuable experience. 2)Environment here,encourages for cross employee discussions helping to gain knowledge about other staff's work unlike some companies,where it is not allowed. 3)Environment here,encourages to explore given tasks in our own way,commit mistakes or come up with new solutions,learn from our mistakes,thus enhance our experience to a sky level instead of being strictly result oriented.

Pros in the company is much more dominant than cons,if present.
