Pros

1)For freshers it is good place to start up their career 2)Enough of scope in learning new technologies and to implementations

Lot of Cons.. 1)Salaries would not be given on time 2)All employees are not treated equally. 3)There is slave and master culture is going on. 4)As we are in corporate world, we no need to call any one sir. But in this comapny every one insists new joiners(freshers and less experienced guys) to call them sir. Some directly ask them to call sir. And some will not directly say anything but.......... 5)Not enough chance is given to every individuals to prove themselves. 6) They point out the employees for silly reasons irrespective of the work what they do. 7) For the employees who want to leave the organization, For them they show hell like anything. The mandatory notice period of 3 months(buy out option is there but won't give it), It may be 4-5 months also whether you have dependency of work or not. There is no professional culture at all................

There are no Pros at all..

Employees will not get the salaries on time since last two years Variable allowance (PLP) will not be released to employees Resigned employees will not get any settlement Cast Feeling a lot Total Development Centre will be run by Quality Head, fit for nothing No training at all for any employees People can enjoy if you belong to the community of top maagament Does not have proper top management - present top management is not having any relevant exposure HIRE AND FIRE COMPANY DO NOT JOIN IN THIS COMPANY

To reiterate we have introduced the PLP component from this appraisal year on and there is no way that the promised amount was not being paid. Good.Company from technical prospect.... good for software developers.

Cons

Its really worst for Peopels.working in field and remote location they didnt provide expense on time... they can terminate without proper justification and notice.... this company doesnt have internal cordination in their own teams... its been one year... i havent got my experience letter yet... taking followups from hr team since 1 year.... nw hr team has changed... new team is asking to share the complete details.again regarding my expense which is not paid yet..... company terminated me justifying they dont have budget for particular location. Guys dont go for this if they post you in any other location except vizag.
